Working style
Curious, research-driven and focused on solving real problems.
I enjoy uncovering how people think, behave and interact with products. Whether I'm observing operators in the field, evaluating digital experiences, or speaking with users, I use research to understand the real problems before exploring solutions.
I believe meaningful products come from balancing user needs with technical and commercial constraints. My process combines research, prototyping, and iterative testing to turn insights into practical design decisions that improve usability, reduce friction and create experiences people can trust.
From early discovery through to production, I enjoy collaborating across disciplines to transform ideas into products that are useful, intuitive, and built to succeed in the real world.
Experience
Product designer specialising in research-driven product development.
I enjoy uncovering user needs through research and translating those insights into practical design decisions. My experience spans digital interfaces and physical products, working from early discovery and concept generation through to prototyping, validation and commercial delivery. I thrive in collaborative environments where user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives come together to shape meaningful products.

User-centred research
Understanding behaviours, motivations, and workflows to uncover opportunities and guide design direction.
Systems & product thinking
Connecting user insights with technical and commercial constraints to create solutions that work in the real world.

OUTSIDE OF DESIGN
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, keeping active in the gym and following football. I enjoy experiencing new places, cultures and products firsthand, often taking inspiration from the way people interact with the world around them. That curiosity naturally carries into my design process, helping me approach problems with an open mind and a desire to keep learning.
